Contact inquiries
When you contact us using the contact form, we process information including your name, email address, message, selected language and submission time. Your inquiry is stored in a database and also forwarded to TECHNICOM by email. Processing serves to handle your inquiry. Depending on its content, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Hosting and server logs
Our website is hosted by Atolyeajans on a server in Türkiye. Our email mailbox is also hosted by Atolyeajans. Access logs may contain your IP address, access time, requested pages and browser information. According to the information available to us, server logs are retained for six months. The necessity of this period and the contractual data protection arrangements remain under review.
Data transfers to Türkiye
Personal data may be processed on servers in Türkiye in connection with website hosting and contact inquiries. The European Commission has not adopted a general adequacy decision for Türkiye. A data processing agreement and appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including where applicable EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures, have not yet been demonstrated. Legal and contractual review remains outstanding.
Retention and recipients
Under the intended retention policy, contact inquiries stored in the database and corresponding email copies are generally deleted no later than twelve months, unless further retention is necessary or required by law. According to the website operator, automatic deletion functions are configured, but their technical effectiveness has not yet been independently verified. Atolyeajans provides website and email hosting. Statutory retention obligations for business records remain unaffected.
Cookies and tracking
Technically necessary website functions may use essential storage. Optional analytics and marketing services, in particular Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, are activated only when configured and after separate consent. You may change or withdraw consent for the future using the cookie settings. Details of specific service providers and potential international transfers must be completed before production activation.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. Contact: info@tc-com.net.
